Amazing place with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy lounge area. The staff helped me find places with good exchange rates during my first stay. I highly recommend it! Coming back for Easter.

The situation is great! 100 m from stop: Suriname
No window in the room. Very hot, no air and no air conditioning! You can't breathe well!

The location directly at a tram stop was very advantageous. Clean room
The windows are single-glazed; very noisy when facing the street

great spot for city adventures near parks and museums
I enjoyed the short stroll to Rembrandtpark, and the vibrant Moco Museum, showcasing contemporary art and only a 20-minute walk away, made it easy to fill my days with exploration and inspiration.

The beds are very comfortable and it is great that you can buy drinks 24 hours a day.
Unfortunately our room had no air conditioning and it was very hot.

Only thing positive about the Belfort was its proximity to a tram stop.
Almost everything. The staff were not friendly or helpful, they advertised free wi-fi wich was not working for the first 4 days that we were there wich makes it hard for international travellers organising trips, visits etc... Our room was cancelled half way through our stay and booked out to someone else wich meant we had to pack up our bags & move to another room wich we were very dissapointed with !!! We would not recommend this hotel to anybody to stay at. We never once recieved an apology from the hotel staff regarding any of the above once during our stay.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The hotel was just a short tram ride away from the city center, where we enjoyed visiting the Rembrandt House Museum and catching some laughs at Toomler comedy club. The staff were friendly, and our room wasvery comfy and tidy. Would definitely recommend it for friends traveling together!
